Our team is excited to set up your AI chatbot, but we need some information from you to get started.
We will begin by training the AI chatbot using the static text content from your website. Once this training is complete, the chatbot will have full knowledge of your website based on the text it can read. Please note that dynamic or moving content such as calendars, live feeds, booking widgets, forms, and other frequently changing elements cannot be learned automatically. The bot can only process and retain static text that is visible on your website.
If you have additional information in documents such as PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, or slideshows, the bot can also be trained on those. The best way to provide these is by creating a shared Google Drive folder and sharing it with us. Our team will connect the AI chatbot to this folder and set it to re-sync automatically every week. Any new documents you add to the folder will be included in the chatbot’s knowledge base during the next sync.
Please ensure that all content within these documents is text-based. The bot cannot read text inside images and cannot learn from hyperlinks or embedded content. All information must be in a readable text format.
Once we receive access to the shared folder, our team will begin linking the chatbot to the knowledge base and configuring it to respond accurately.
If you notice that the chatbot cannot answer a specific question, it is likely because the required data has not been added yet. In that case, simply upload the missing information to the Google Drive folder, and it will be included in the next scheduled sync. If you need the bot to be updated before the next scheduled sync, contact our support team and we will manually re-sync the data.
If you would like to adjust how the chatbot interacts with users or how it delivers responses, our AI implementation experts can fine-tune the chatbot’s prompts to improve its performance and response quality.
